The current system is similar to the old one, because :
- if you have more than 10% quits among recent games...

I'm not discussing on what you wrote in the rest of your post, but the current system differs from the previous one in the following:
if you have 500 recent games, and were expelled from the last 6 of them because of a time out (because you had to be offline for a few days for a reason that could not be anticipated), then your karma falls down to 0, which forbids you to join a number of tables, and to use the chat to follow the advice given in the BGA wiki:

Be polite! Say at least "hello" and "good luck" at the beginning of the game, and maybe "good game" ("gg") at the end of the game."

although your number of quits (actually expels) is far below 10%...
Everybody will notice that you have a "very bad" reputation and nobody will be able to know whether this bad reputation is due to red thumbs (while it is ony due to 6 time-outs over 500 games...)

OPINIONS drive down my reputation Period/period.yes I'm aggressive /no I don't insult because I don't call any body names or swear or cuss.so if I insult someone IM SORRY THE TRUTH HURTS.,AGAIN IM NOT TRYING TO HURT NOBODY IM TRYING TO HELP THE PLAYER and the site.Now back to what the original complaint is BGA isn't and hasn't moderated fairly/correctly and unbias .We can discuss this all night all day 365 days of the year until Opinions are removed from reputation system and bga learns it takes two to argue or fight nothing will be accomplished to help this site.MY SUGGESTIONS ARE GET RID OF oPINIONS AND 2ND PUNISHED BOTH .THEN YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE.p.s THANKYOU

fine don't play with me but there lies the problem.im top 3 in wins and games played in the game of hearts.but what many do is play to beat me which is o.k but when they lose they red thumb me again.red thumbs just don't hurt I still play some like playing with me some don't.

People give you red thumbs because they don't like what you say to them. Just try say nothing to them except "Hi" and "Good luck". They don't want to know your truth.
Maybe you should find a better hobby than playing Hearts games on BGA. No one will remember a guy who played the maximum number of Hearts games.

Most people here manage to chat quite happily without getting red thumbs. If you find talking gets you red thumbs when it doesnt for most then the problem is the way you communicate. Having seen how you are on the forums I am not really surprised tbh that people give you red thumbs. The answer is look at how you communicate and try and change it

so what you contribute so do many others, as to tax paying well most do that. This is a private site if people find you obnoxious they are equally as free to say so in the form of a red thumb as you are to be obnoxious. Be aggressive all you want just dont complain about your karma. It is the consequence of how you act and over time less and less people will play with you. Most come here to relax and have fun not to be harangued by some imagined truth.

By all means carry on as you are just accept those that will play with you will be an ever decreasing pool

Their opinion is they didnt enjoy playing with you hence the red thumb so they dont need to suffer you again. As is their freedom just as its yours to mouth off at people all you like. Dont like the consequence dont take the action
