[TtA] end game special events

In Tta you pick 2+"number of players" special events from military deck 3 - that score culture bonus points end game. These should be revealed at game start. However, I cannot find information on these during the game - and thus becomes a surprise at end of game. Isn't this infor available in bga implementation?
