Hi,
two days ago I have a lot of problem with my connection and so I have a very bad reputation. Iaccept the rules, but it's not so good for me, because it not depend on me...I want to ask you to correct the thing that players with bad reputation cannot talk to others. The other players ask things or says something and I cannot replay...it's not very kind for me.

Same suggestion I just gave someone else. Contact an admin privately, explain the situation, date/time, what games, and any relevant information, and let then check into it. Not only does that make sure it goes to the right place (whereas they may not see it on the forums), but the more information they have, the easier it will be to look into the situation. Right now you're just asking them to take your word for it.
