Hack Trick Can't Turn ELO on

My only choice is off. Any idea why? All the other games seem fine. Thanks.

And i was just now able to play in one where the opponent had it turned on, but i still can't.

I click where it is and the only choice is off. It is already on off and no other choices appear. I can change all of the other things. And i looked at other games and the elo is on there.
