prestige - where can i find what are rules to get more prestige

i look for it few minutes and I did'n found where is it described

you get prestige for:

- top 20 ELO rank in a particular game
- top 3 finish in a tournament for that game
- ELO thresholds - top threshold is MASTER (ELO 700+)
- crossing various games played thresholds - top threshold is 500
- crossing various games won thresholds - top threshold is 100
