Reduce elo variation when a lot of players

Hello everyone,

I think the elo variation with a lot of players is completely over evaluated.
With 2 players, the changes for a win is around 20/30 max
With 7/8 players it can be 80 on only ONE game, so a good player (>200) doesn't really mean anything because if you are lucky on one game you will earn it.

So I think that it will be better to reduce the variation of the first/second position and 2 last positions

It has been discussed a lot of times in the forum and we changed the calculation 2 times so I think the current situation is the best existing trade-off
