New stuff for turn-based players

UPDATES (for few minutes) :

• "cannot create table when it's your turn" rule has been replaced by "cannot create table when you are OUT OF TIME on a table".
• Tables with 100% invitations (no free seats) are not counted in your "turn based open tables" so you can create as many of them as you want.
• Rematch is always an exception for all of the turn based limits.

Thank you for changing this one. Unfortunately I'm a bit late to this thread, but I had an issue with the 15-minute restriction, and I neither do tournaments and I rarely do rematches, so those exceptions didn't work for me. But sometimes I want to do new games might have turns left to be played, so that seemed very restricting. Especially when I'm never over-time on turns. (Well, I'm never over total time.) And while I think people should catch up turns as soon as they can, a small delay of creating or joining new games isn't any huge deal.

I don't know how well making the restriction "out of time" will work out - I guess time will tell. I liked several of the ideas I read for setting these limitations based on your past record, though I can see where just using the same "out of time" for everyone is easier to code.

No, I'm not. It wasn't me I was concerned about, but rather in the overall scheme of things how that will end up working out. While I can be as selfish as the next guy, I also try to see the big picture.

I think these are good, but would it be possible to see what my limit currently is, and what is needed to improve it? So if I want to start two new games, but only have room for one, I at least know I have to choose.
