You guys who are asking for a "timeline"... it's broken. When something breaks, you gotta figure out what's wrong, and then you fix it. And then it's fixed. How are they supposed to predict how long it'll take? Things break... life goes on. Find a different website to play on for a day, or read a book, call a friend or something... it'll be back up soon enough

I got 11 time outs on bubble pop. from it freezing up, I have a good rep, and have been a contributor and member, now I can't even start or join a game. Are you going to turn back the clock for me?

UPDATE :

• Technicians from our hosting service failed to provide us an assistance on this issue.
• We are going to reinstall another game server to replace the one who failed.
• During last night, because of the limited capacity of the service, BGA crashes two times. Sorry about that.

UPDATE :
_ service has been restored.
_ all games (especially : turn based) are accessible again.
_ all penalties has been removed.
_ we delay all turn based emails so that you have time to play on your turn based tables.
_ during last night, we had to switch all the load to a spare server but the load was too high => BGA crashes 2 times. This is why it was impossible to play during several hours.
_ this is our first service interruption since 4 month 1/2. We know that every service interruption like this is painful for a realtime service like BGA, but unfortunately all websites rely on real hardware servers that may have physical issues from time to time :/

Ok, the server is restarted. Very well. But in the game Carcassonne table 29302812 I have a penalty time (end my time) not for my responsability, please to correct and erase it. Thanks.

I am playing a Jaipur tournament game on

and my time is down to 2 and a half hours - which would be right if It would have been my turn during the whole outage. Can you please correct that?
