Carcassone - new version works worse

In previous version od Carcassone if i played version with 3 tiles and I was waiting for my turn, i could choose tile to play.
Now i can't - I have to wait to my turn. It gives me a lot of extra warnings, and it slow down speed of the game.
Please return behaviour of previous version Carcassone - when playing version with 3 tiles.

Well, you cannot say that this is "worse" to have a Carcassonne expansion ...

This change was fixing a bug (no possibility to place a partisan when changing tile instead of placing a partisan). I found a solution to allow tile changing outside your turn while keeping the bug fix, so it should be fine now.
