Skipping issue on turn-based games

Hey I'm wondering who else has noticed that on at least turn based games that if someone runs out of time and is kicked out it still stays their turn so the game can never end?

Is this happening on all games, or on a specific game?

I know Niagara has an issue with this, and the bug has been reported a year ago, but no development is still being done. Is it happening with a new game?
