Is there a way to abandon a game not from the game's page itself?

I am in a game of 'Evo: The "Game no Name"' that is stuck on 'Application loading...'

Apparently this is a known bug and I have voted for that bug. But I currently cannot easily play turn-based games, because clicking 'Go to next table' takes me to this stuck game. Does anyone know of a workaround for this? Thanks!

No idea how to get rid of the game, but you could always click the browser's Back button to take you back to the "Games In Progress" page, instead of clicking on "Go to next table"

Something that would work better would be to open a new tab for the game itself. When that turn i done, just delete that tab, you'll be back at your game list, pick the next game yourself, again in a new tab. I do this sometimes anyway just because I want better control over the order and this has been the easiest way to do it.

You could try PMing sourisdudesert (or maybe Een?) and see if they can get it deleted, but they also might need it in order to try to find the bug.

Great. I'm now late for my turn in this game that won't load, so I can't start any other turn-based games. Ugh - I guess I'll ask the other players to kick me and take the reputation hit.

I've messaged my opponents, but the game continues to exist so I don't know if that means they haven't logged in or if they can't abandon it either. Either way, I can't play any new turn-based games until this is resolved.

You should probably
(a) make a bug report
(b) pm the admins (een or sourisdudesert) directly
about your problem.

As for not being able to play other turn-based games, I believe you *can* if it is a rematch or if someone invites you specifically. What do you play?

I did PM the admins, thanks for suggesting that.

Luckily, the other players in my game were able to kick me from the game, and the small ding to my reputation is worth the ability to play turn-based games again.

I would send a follow-up on your PM and ask that your reputation be fixed as well. You really shouldn't have to take a hit at all.

EDIT: I just noticed you're at 100%. Not sure if they already attended to that, or if you don't take the hit until the game has ended.
