In the Year of the Dragon - small revision

It would be nice if the version of the game on this site reflected the updated rules from the reprint of In the Year of the Dragon: it's a small but important change.... the large privilege is priced at 7 yuan not 6 yuan, making it impossible for the first player to snag it as an opening move. That's an important rebalancing of the game since otherwise the first player is guaranteed 24 points (2 x 12) from that point on.
