Off the top of my head, I would suggest two extensions for games that are currently quite popular on BGA: Takenoko Chibis and Tokaido Matsuri.

Yes Terraforming Mars, i played that game once in person and it is so addictive!!!! Im waiting for this game to come back into print im so close to buying this thing at 2x the retail price........

I suggest the creation of a game that is not really a game :

Why not creating a game, where there is no rules...
Just a table with the possibility of dealing card (32 or 54), rolling dices (as many as we want), chips to bet, the chat to communicate...
Of course, there would be no rules, no points... just the possibility to play the traditionnal game we want with people away from us.
