Is the 'Sandbox' development tool released ?

Hello everyone. When I want to use the sandbox tool to test my ideas, I found in both BGA studio(http://en.studio.boardgamearena.com/sandbox#) and BGA main website (https://en.boardgamearena.com/sandbox#) , neither link would work. So I doubt is this facility really released ? Thank you ~

There should be no link anywhere. BGA sandbox is still being evaluated and we have not taken the decision to release it.
We found out that players prefer fully implemented games like we do today. With the high investment needed to bring this tool to the quality needed and a pretty uncertain impact, we switched priority to other things. It doesn't specifically means it's completely dead, but experience sure changed our way to think about this.
