I just kicked a room host, how?

Hi,
I just kicked the host of the room I joined, there was the button "kick player". But why? I am not supposed to have the permission to kick someone if I'm not the host :geek:

He/she was disconnected for a long time.

No, they have kicked me out of the game I started without being disconnected for a long time. And that It won't let me rejoin. Very annoying.
