what is the tie breaker?

For each game here, what happens if there are two winners in the end?

For can't stop and uncle chestnut, this is impossible...
For haggis, I know that there must be new round, until there is a winner...

How about the other games? Is there any rule regarding this or just randomly picked from one player?

It depends of the game rules ...

Some games specify some rules when 2 players got the same score. For example, at RFTG, the player with the biggest "cards in hand + resources on worlds" win the game. For Stone Age: "If players are tied for most, the player among them with highest total of food production, tools, and people is the winner!.".

For Dominion, the only tie-breaker is the number of turns played. So it is not unusual to have ties in Dominion. See page 8 (bottom) of the rules.

For Dominion, if the players have played the same number of turns, it's a tie. If a player has played once more, he lose.

As this seems to be a recurring question when there are apparent ties, it would be helpful if BGA included a note on the game summary page explaining what was the tie-breaker. It would only show up when two or more players got the same score to explain what happened. It might also declare "True tie!" when all the secondary tests come out equal (like in Dominion if two players took the same number of turns).
