During the last weeks, a player from Sibiu (Romania) named Alina Patru is harassing some players from dozen of accounts, with insults and racists remarks.
She is using many accounts, like "alyndany" or "sweet_alyn" or variation of this username. She is using technical strategies to avoid moderators and to create a lot of accounts.
This sort of person is taking a lot of time to handle: to moderators but also administrators. Needless to say that while we are handling these users we do not create new games, we do not fix bugs, we do not improve anything for you on this service...
We'd like to take advantage of this post to tell you the following:

This sort of person is taking a lot of time to handle: to moderators but also administrators. Needless to say that while we are handling these users we do not create new games, we do not fix bugs, we do not improve anything for you on this service...
We'd like to take advantage of this post to tell you the following:
- Unless many other gaming service, we support a chat where you can say anything. This has a counterpart: We have a zero tolerance policy on agressive attitude and insults on chat.
- Zero tolerance means that our moderation may be harsh. Basically, if it looks/seems insulting, and if the other player reports it, we take action.
- In consequence, we advise anyone not to say anything in the chat that may be interpreted by an aggression / an insult.
- When we are in front of someone who is clearly abusing our time, like the person above, and when we have no other way to block them, we do not hesitate to publish their real names, to contact their Internet provider or the company that employ them. We are not doing this for revenge purpose, but because they do not left us any other possibilities and because we can't spend 100% of our time on their cases. Fortunately, it's only the third time it happens in 8 years ...
