I've just started playing games on this website, so forgive me if I am making incorrect assumptions. What I would like to do is be able to set up a game where play starts at a specific time. I would be able to specify a minimum and maximum number of players. Until the game starts, players would be able to enter into a queue. At the starting time, a table for the game is automatically created if there are enough players online and in the queue. Players would be accepted into the table in queue order if they are online. If they are not online, then they are skipped. If the player who created the queue is not online, then table ownership passes to someone else. The table owner is then given a start button to begin play.
