My little X button for removing the game(s) I no longer wish to play

has disappeared. I found it very convenient and now I miss it, and don't know how to remove a game from my "games I wish to play" list.

Also, what's with the little man with a flag symbol?

I'm also confused by this change. Are you now only able to remove 'My games' listed games when you are suggested to join one?
