Game Ended Unexpectedly

Hi there,

I was part way through playing my turn of Through The Ages on this table :- https://en.1.boardgamearena.com/through ... e=46212578

I had an error trying to end my turn, and when I refreshed the game was marked as Ended. Why did it end? no-one was out of time and I hadn't yet submitted the end of my turn.
