"Cancel game start" seems to be messed up

The new start game screen seems to be malfunctioning.

Sometimes, a player who has joined the table does not respond with "Accept" so it's necessary to cancel the game start to expel him... but the new screen causes the Administrator to completely leave the table!

Thanks for pointing this.

We want to improve the way "Cancel game start" is working, but this was obviously unexpected and it has been fixed.

If you have any suggestions about how to handle the situations where:
_ one of the player explicitly click on "Refuse" (should we expel him/her from the game automatically?)
_ everyone is waiting for a player who do not click on "Accept" (should we allow the table admin to expel them from "accept screen" and propose again to everyone to start the game?)

1- you should not expel the player who refuse but you can send him a message asking why : the answer will be shown to all the table player and the administrator will have an expel button below the message.
2- maybe a fixed delay (30s) to answer before the expel button appears on the start screen.

I suffered -30% to my previously perfect reputation today because of this new start game BS. I never actually started the games that I got the timeout penalties for. So please fix this bug and my reputation while you're at it.
