New accept game start screen (BETA)

Dear everyone,

We are introducing today a new "Accept game start" screen (only for realtime games).

Why did we make this change?

• Now, when a realtime game is started, you can accept the start from anywhere on BGA. This way, when you start a game, you are 100% sure that your opponents are aware that the table is ready to start.
• Better design.
• When an table option is not set to its default value, it appears in red now, to make 100% sure that everyone noticed it.
• A more simple accept screen was needed for the "Simple lobby" anyway.

Feel free to share any ideas to improve this new screen.

If I'm in the same tab, the "Accept" button (new screen) doesn't appear for me at all unless I refresh (F5) the page. Unfortunately this takes sufficiently long that half the time, the table owner has kicked me off the table for not starting quick enough, even if I press it as quickly as possible.

Using Firefox 66.0 stable on Win10. I'm using Simple Lobby.

The "You have joined table (game name/link)" also appears on any other tab I have open, but they don't open the game (and the message displayed doesn't open the game either).

It appears that player with cellphones are having issues with accepting on the new screen.

We manage to fix this issue right now.

We also optimize the design for mobile so this is much easier now.

I got three penalties to my reputation in the last two days because of this new start screen. It's really starting to piss me off. All three times, I clicked on the "Accept" button and then it still says that it's waiting for me to accept. So, I wait a few more seconds to see if anything will happen and eventually just clicked cancel. The game never loaded for me but I still apparently got sent to a table unknowingly and then proceeded to get a time-out. I'm really sick of this happening and getting punished for something that isn't my fault. Fix this glitch and my reputation or I'll delete my account and tell all my gamer friends to avoid this site like the plague.

I understand frustration, particularly from penalties that are considered unfair, but if you honestly believe you belong into our community, you might want to check whether threats like the above would be a great way of resolving an issue. Imagine you're somebody with the power to cancel penalties – would you respond positively to reading a post like the one you wrote above?

I also using the automatic lobby clicked on the "Accept" button and then it said that it's waiting for me to accept. I just barely got to the game in time. There is no box for discussion then to tell or ask about what is happening.

As often with new features, they are some unexpected issues. For this screen, it appears that it worked like a charm for the "usual" lobby, but we had difficulties to make it works with the "simple" lobby. Sorry about that.

The problem with the "accept" button (ie: still waiting for you after you clicked on "accept") should be fixed now. If it is not, please report it there.

Je ne sais pas si c'est lié, mais depuis peu, avec Chrome sur Android, l'utilisation des phrases "toute faites" et des smileys ne fonctionne plus dans le chat des jeux en temps réel (Ex : belote).
