Change turn based automatic accept

Sometimes it changes to turn based mode which I don't do, and it is not obvious. Then it does an automatic start and then I have to get them to stop the game or take a penalty. The mode we are in needs to be obvious and there needs to not have automatic accept or a way to get out.
