I received a penalty for leaving a game. I left afther the option if i wanted t quit the game without penalty, so i voted yes and the game went on without me, afther that i left. Now i got a message with a -10 penalty, i dont understanding this.

Since you stated that you voted yes, most likely you were in a situation where someone proposed to abandon the game collectively.

When a game is abandoned collectively, it means that the system acts as if the game didn't happen. The game ends without anyone's win/loss or ELO being adjusted. However, as it also states, the system still expects all players to make timely moves until all players vote yes. It sounds like you voted to abandon the game collectively, left before everyone else said yes, and incurred a time penalty.
