how can i know the resaon to be banned of chat

I precise that i never insult (or doing anything similar) another player, even if they are insulting me.... I only use the chat to say "hello, enjoy" in the opening, "thanks" in the end and sometimes (really really rare) to speak of strategy (in game like backgammon) with my opponent after the game.

So I wish to know the reason of this block.
