Reputation does not increase

Hi!
My rep. is blocked at 60% since some weeks (before I had 92%), altough I never quit a game and never exceeded time.
Unfortunately my rep. does not increase, altough I finished lots of games since the drop down. It is still at 60%.
Can anyone help me please? Is there something wrong with my account?

Most likely your reputation is capped because you have too many red thumbs in relation to your green thumbs. People can give red thumbs for reasons other than running out of time.

I have the same problem.

Rep capped, no+1%, no info of thumbs, no chance to report players even when they insult you in chat.

This points system works at start but has a major flaw.

When your reputation falls under 60%, you can't open new reports. It may happen that you play with very bad players who assign you red thumbs after insulting in chat or behaving very badly, and you can't open a report on them.

So you get to add red thumbs and never get to over 60% again.

I tried to open a bug on this but I had no reply.
