Who should I talk to about billing?

I love BGA and I made a contribution last year to show my support. I haven't played here for a long time and just got automatically billed for another year. I've had a turn of events so I'm struggling to find a job and a house right now and I can't afford this bill. Who can I talk to about refunding this payment?
