Tournament is still being configured

Hi!

I just exchanged 100 points for one month premium membership and wanted to start a tournament.
I did it all, choosed all options, but it is still saying that "THIS TOURNAMENT IS STILL BEING CONFIGURED".

What does it mean?

It's a mechanism that prevents players from joining before you're finished with setting the tournament up. Because once a player signs up for the tournament, you cannot change anything about its mode or dates. There should be a button "Launch tournament" up top near where you upload the tournament image, which you can use to confirm that you're all done. Afterwards the tournament is active and players (including yourself) can register.

I see. I thought that "launch" means it starts immediately.
