This...seems...harder.

I miss the old lobby, where I could see current available tables all at once.

I would at least like to gradually have the changes happen so it isn't as traumatic. Gotta say, I am not a fan.

You can argue whether or not this is easier / more useful, but one thing I'll say is that this new system is LONELY. The beauty of BGA, to me, was seeing a wide array of tables of people playing games. Some games I like, some games I would never play - but I could always see them all around! Even late-late at night, there were people playing.

Furthermore, seeing that list of tables made it easier to decide what to play, and sometimes led me to play something interesting or new. I appreciate the work put into this, but I think there's probably a happy medium / compromise between these systems.

This new design is great. Creating and opening a table goes much quicker, and being able to keep an eye on your table with quick access to the "Start" button while also looking over other open tables is very convenient. Having to scroll past the constantly resizing "Players that want to play this game now" table was a huge frustration before. Having games saved as a favorites without also having to show them as a game you "want to play now" is another great improvement.

I think some of the complaints simply haven't been poked around in the new UI enough, as I have no problem seeing all games available for multiple games at once. The missing lists for players available and open tables across every game seems like a genuine complaint for some (I personally never bothered with either), so hopefully those can still become accessible in some form for those that used them.

I was a bit nervous when I read the new BGA description as to what to expect but I absolutely love the new interface. BTW I usually play on my cell phone.

So maybe I am missing something with the new lobby, and don't want to dismiss the new one without seeing if my problem is correctable. As I read the comments, I find many people are like me:
"I usually see what is available in my games of interest and choose according to what games are available at that moment...this makes that impossible to do.."

So I wonder, is there some way to put that dimension back in? Or am I missing how I can do that? Like is there some way to put my top 4 games out here for me to see?

Also, I agree that it is nice to see where other gamers I have come to know are in a game to join that game.

My first attempt to create a new table was met with no options for how many people or how long between turns (turn based) or any of that. I clicked and suddenly had a game. I had to quit that one. My next attempt went like usual, but I had no idea what I did differently. I think you need to make it more clear that clicking on "create a new table" on the LEFT gives you all the options; clicking the "create game" button on the RIGHT just starts up a game with whatever random options (how are those determined?) immediately.
