Why I lost points even error on boardgamearena?

BoardGameArena had problems, and i couldn't continue play i Carcassone.
Now i checked that that game is lost to me. WHY?
You should remove/abort results from game which exists during emergency situation

Hi,

Your opponents expelled you when the service was back... 45 minutes later. This happens. I restored your points so it should be fine now.
