Negative Resources in Stone Age

I was playing Stone Age today and the player that I was playing with had negative resources (-3 wood, -3 brick) at various points in the game. How is this possible? I noticed that this generally happened when buying buildings. Is this allowed, or was this player cheating? I've never seen this before.

I would try watching the replay. Sometimes the numbers displayed by the client are different from what the server has. Refreshing the interface usually fixes these issues.

Otherwise, there could be a bug.

Yeah man. I was also suffered from the same problem. It is happen due to a bug. You should to refresh the interface. My problem was rectified because of refreshing the interface. If your problem will not solved then there will be a bug.
