Possible to translate a game without playing it 10 times first?

Hello,

I'm a Chinese Chess player and I found quite some obvious mistakes in its Chinese translation. I.e. Bishop should be '象' instead of '主教', and knight should be '马' instead of '骑士'. There are a bunch or translation mistakes in several terms, as well as some sentences sound really weird to me.

Is it possible for me to suggest new translations without playing the game 10 times?
