How would I go about getting permission to add features/options/rules to an already available game

The best is to contact us using the contact page on the studio or writing us at the studio email address (available on the studio licences page for example).

I have added you to the Koi-Koi project with rights to modify, but please let us know in detail your intended changes at the studio address. For instance if you want to implement Go-Stop, it's better to make a copy of the project.
