Upon Fabregus's request, BGA is now open for translation in Greek!

I take advantage of this occasion to cheer again for every BGA translator, and to give a little nudge to Dutch, Polish and Russian translators! They have gotten a lot done, but there is still some work needed (especially on the main site translations) before we can open BGA in these languages. Let's do it guys!
