Getting kicked out of game, unable to quit other game

Hello, I am new to this website.

I am trying to join a turn-based Perudo game that another player created. I am able to join the game, however, every time I join it, I get kicked out a few minutes later and instead it puts me at a new table by myself. Also, when I try quitting this new table, I find that I have been placed back at that table just a few minutes later.

I'm not exceeding the limit on the number of games that I can join. Does anyone know why I am experiencing this issue?

Are you using the manual or automatic lobby?

Only case I see when this would happen would be if you join a table with the manual lobby, then use the automatic lobby with options different from the table you joined (so the automatic lobby would remove you from the incompatible table then create a new table with your options).

As a general rule you should not use manual and automatic lobby on the same games.

I am only using the manual lobby and had never switched to automatic. Is there a place where I could see my automatic options? Maybe I could change them to prevent the game from kicking me out.

Also: when I try to quit a game it puts me back in the game a few moments later (even though it hasn't started). Why would that be happening? It feels like I don't have control over what games I join.

Well if you didn't launch a game request with the automatic lobby the options don't matter, there is no interference. Maybe you did by mistake before changing to manual? (automatic is the default)

Anyway I see that you have joined a Perudo game, so it must be good now.
