Sound on app

Hi,

I have no problem turning on sound for notifications when I'm using my laptop computer.

However, if I play the same game simultaneously on my app on my phone, I get no sounds. Sound on my phone is on elsewhere.

When I go into settings on my app and press "play sound" it says "Your sound is currently muted. Click on the speaker icon to unmute it"

This is on the BGA app. I can't find the speaker icon within the BGA app.

If I use my phone and open BGA in a chrome browser, then the icon is there and it works, but it doesn't carry over to the app.

Any thoughts on how to unmute sound on the BGA app?

Hi, on mobile while playing sound volume is controlled by your mobile device volume control

The message in "preferences / sound" in its current state actually is misleading and doesn't apply for mobile. We'll have to improve this page for mobile in the future, thanks for reporting this!
