[ARENA Season 0] Format change: 4 to 2 players

Arena format is now 2 players (to make easier to start games).

regardless of number of players, should really use the auction variant to make it more fair/competitive.

Agreed, otherwise there is an arbitrary advantage given to one player at the start. The auction is a fair way to mitigate that.
