Roll for the Galaxy: See dices in other players cup

It would be nice to be able to see the dices in the other players cup during the Assign phase.

It's not like that information is secret, we can almost always figure it back by reading on all his tiles which dices hes has and then subtract the dices we see on the board but that is cumbersome.

If that means that we also have to see our own dices as being in the cup for the sake of uniformity, that's fine.
