Minimum reputation for Arena (by default)

Way too many people with awful reputations - make it at least 50% minimum, if not 75% to go Arena mode.

Otherwise it's another reason it'll fail.

Edit: I mean by default, so opt in for being ok with lower rep people, not opt out, which you currently need to do for every single game you play.

You can set such filters yourself.

Adding to what logus is saying, I think reps should be by *DEFAULT* more restrictive, and people can opt into lower rep.

As is, everyone has to set rep preferences for every single game, and they don't appear to apply consistency - I still have bad rep players show up in games where I have a restrictive preference on.
