League doesn't matter, the Arena Elo Score matters...the 1600 and 1850. An Elo difference of 250 means you are expected to win 81% of the time. So your ratio of gains will be 81:19 or ~4.3:1 So you should gain ~8 (you gained 9 EAS, not sure where the 5 came from...maybe from your Elo gain which was actually rounded to 6?) with a win and lose about 32 with a loss.

An Arena Mode 7 Wonders game was abandoned without a move being made (Table 65380666) and yet there was a change in Arena Points. I lost 3 points, another player gained 7, and the reaming two gained and lost a point each. It seems strange to me that players (other than the player that caused the game to be abandoned) would lose Arena Points for no fault. I would suggest that this be corrected.

This has been mentioned about a dozen times so far. Hoping the admins eventually see it and act on it.

Thanks for the explanation... so you're saying my league gains depend on my ELO score? How is this fair? Also, it's VERY susceptible to cheating... basically, you're saying I should go play simple games, loose ELO, thus increase my gains in Arena. This does explain why some great players have low ELO... I'm STRONGLY against this; Arena points should be awarded on Arena standing and ELO points according to ELO rules whatever they may be; I'd even argue that within a league, a fixed amount of points should be awarded for each game. Otherwise, you're scoring matching, not playing.

It is not your Elo score from simple games, it is the arena Elo score, or the Elite arena score (EAS) as they call it. The 1850 and 1600 I'm referencing. The Elite Arena Score (EAS) is computed in the same fashion as Elo, but they are two separate measurements. Your Elo and games in simple mode have no bearing on the EAS. EAS points gained lost are based on the EAS and Elo points gained/lost are based on the Elo.

Not sure if this is made clear, but your ELO score is affected in arena games too. At least that is my impression.
