A heartfelt thank you to BGA for your efforts.
My cent. Assuming that money can help in improving the service, what about a crowdfunding campaign? I would gladly pay a substantial amount of money in exchange of any kind of "virtual benefit"...
You could ask users for ideas, I'm pretty sure they would come up with dozens of proposals in few hours :-)
For instance: your name appearing as supporter of a game at your choice: 10€, a BGA-logoed cup/shirt/whatever, to be delivered when emergency is over: 25€, a life-long premium account: 250€...

Agreed! I already have a premium membership, but I'd gladly kick some extra money.
