Gathering for a 4-players games tournament - Carcassonne

To bring the discussion in practice area, i'm looking for a group of people who might help to organize and also for players who want to participate in 16 or 32 players tournament by simple single-elimination scheme.

Problem is that you need enough premium players to open the tables.

Personally, I don't like 4-Player Carcassonne, it's too much of a lottery. But: if you're thinking about a 4 player TEAM Tournament (meaning: 2 players vs 2 players, points of each team are added to determine the winning team), then I'm game at once . Problem with THAT is that you need a lot of premium players who just don't care about their ELO Rank (because playing team often means that you build for your partner and don't get points yourself).
