Default Table Creation options

So, looking at complaints about racism in regards to single nationality tables, I'm wondering if this is something that people should be able to set as a preference in their profiles, being able to make it so every table they create is restricted by language/spoken language/specific group? As far as I can tell, the options are local to each game, so if I create a table then restrict it to 'Friends Group A' for game A, I'd then need to do it for the other games individually too.

I'm not sure if I advocate this, I wouldn't want to create a situation where too many tables are closed to most of the users, so it could need some kind of penalty attached like reduced rewards in ranking points or similar, but I thought I'd float the idea to get a discussion going. It could make for a better site experience than having the table creator kick people off the table because they don't fit a restriction they've not set up properly. Maybe having a reputation penalty for someone who kicks people off too many tables to encourage them to set the restrictions?

I would like this feature, but (of course adding feature creep to a suggestion...) would also like the ability to switch between a limited number (even just 2) of possibilities.

For my personal example, I play in 2 modes -- turn based with anyone, or live with friends where conversation is more important than ranking.
It would be nice to say "enact turn-based" and have all of my tables I create default to Normal Mode, 1 move per day, restricted to Karma of... etc. Then, if I wanted to switch, it would create tables defaulted to Training Mode, restrict to friends, etc.

But it is a slight discouragement to try new games, knowing that for each new game I create the first table in, I need to set playing time and reputation restrictions.
