Time Zone used to set Playing Hours

Which time zone is used when I set the Playing Hours when I create a turn-based game? Is it my local time zone? Or is it the one based in Europe?

I'm pretty sure that all times are displayed as local times (always adjusted to the locale set in the browser's setting).

Of course, if not, Cunningham's Law will kick in...

I assumed it was local time, but have joined a game where it definitely appears not to be, and now I'm offline when everyone else is playing and vice-versa.

Is there a way to check the Time Zone in one's account? Or can we get confirmation about what time zone times are displayed in for Playing Hours?
