Daltonisme

Post by manuplay »

Bonjour,
Merci,
Emmanuel

Posting a reply to endorse the suggestion.

As a thought is it possible to skin a game differently for each player? Give players a colour blind switch so that (using colt express as an exxample), those players would see the meeples with patterns/symbols rather than colours? So Ghost would be blank, Belle would have a heart symbol, Django could stay as solid black, Tuco could have vertical stripes, Doc could have a club symbol, Cheyenne maybe have a feather

At the very least, in the interim, is it maybe worth flagging games where colour blindness can be issue so players will know ahead of time?

[Sorry for suggesting extra work while you're already being hammered for capacity! At least this one is genuinely important to folks]

Yes, it can be a player preference, a developer of the game (or another developer willing to do this if the original developer can't) can do it.

+1, good idea

This can be done by game developers, not necessarily by the admins. Even non-developers can help by providing graphics and ideas (they just have to find a dev to implement them, but it may not be a lot of work).
