Having trouble creating a studio account

sorry for piggy-backing on this, but I too am having problems with a new studio account. I filled out the form, received the "[BGA Studio] Welcome on BGA Studio" email, and can login to SFTP. However, I can't log in to the main studio website. It says my username/password is incorrect ("Ooops, we don't recognize your username or password. Don't panic."), but if I try "forget password", it says "Unkown email" [yes, Unknown is mispelled].

Username is mikeage, just like here. Email is available by PM; would rather not post it in clear.

Can you send us an email about this through the studio 'contact us" form? We'll check this.

Hi mikeage - sorry if you've already tried this, but it might simply be that you need to log in as mikeage0 rather than mikeage..

Yes on the website side they are actually (I think the email mentions to login with the xxx0 account, otherwise we need to change it). And yes connecting to the studio website is for testing
