Table Presentation/Description pop up

So for 20 minutes today I opened up a table restricted to English players with the table presentation: "Please say hi! Video chat please!" and not one person said hi even after 20 minutes and 10s of people joined the table.

Can we please have the room description/presentation popup upon joining the table? I don't think people are seeing it. I've asked this a few times before with no response.

I agree with this. I also wish it was more obvious where to write this as the host. I have never found it before but maybe I' haven't looked hard enough.
