Darker Background

Hello! Is it possible to change the background to something darker? If not a "black skin" would be my suggestion.

How do you change your country to "not applicable" oder "unknown" instead of going with the first entry, which is Afghanistan? I couldn't find an entry. If you can't, this would be my second suggestion.
