luclemou is a horrible person

I'm sick of personnal harassment so I'm going to post here.

Almost everytime I play with the player "luclemou", and I end up beating him, he has to chat something to harass someone.

I made a screenshot of the dialogue, but here is it (translated), after the game:
luclemou: Gunslinger, what luck!
me: if you say so
luclemou: Unbelievable to play that bad and still win
me: bad ?
luclemou: oh yes

(i'm playing bad but I win 63-50-48, anyway...)

At the end, luclemou starts chatting and said to the player who lost
"You're last again!"
I have the screenshot as proof. Both that player and myself happen to be belgian players. I don't know if there is some kind of racism involved.

I'm sick of this behavior being unpunished. There is not an insult in the dialogue so it's not "reportable". But for me this is much worse. It's gratuitous harassment where this player spontaneously engages the conversion to hurt other people (and it's far from the first time).
Now, I know, there's the red thumb thing. But red thumb handles things silently, and I do think this kind of behavior should be heavily punished, and made public. If BGA really pretends to be a friendly place, those things should be handled seriously. This person has deep mental issues and should not be able to play on BGA

A lot of people struggle with ego issues. Most of those are good players getting frustrated with "bad" players making random/suboptimal moves that cost them their game. I'll admit I've been in that spot myself occasionally.

What sets luc apart is the fact that he'll berate people who are ranked much higher and have a proven track record of being much better players. The guy is still terrible at 7 wonders after almost 7000 played games so I can kind of understand the frustration. Imagine playing the same game over & over & over for 2 years, only to realize you can't even reach the top 100. It must be very painful.

I had issue with this guy several years ago. In the end I gave him a red thumb. If you win he complains you got lucky. If you lose, he brags you're a loser. It's amazing nothing changed in 2 years. This simply prooves this person should just be permanently banned and is incapable of improving his behavior.
What I also think is a problem in BGA is the following: I've been banned an entire month for simply saying the word "stupid" in the chat. I meant that a given decision was stupid, not a player, but anyway. Just the word "stupid". I got reported and was banned an entire month. Ok, so be it. And then you see this kind of harassment from a player - which just reveals how ugly his personnality is, far worse than just a bad word that you let go one time - and nothing is done about it simply because there was no "insulting" word. This makes no sense...

Where does it say that it isn't reportable? Do you believe it is appropriate of you to say that he has "deep mental issues" on this forum?

Your record is extensive, which is why you are receiving progressively harsher penalties.

So you have played with luclemou on other accounts, and you reported luclemou in the past too. Which resulted in 'not guilty' verdicts?

Also, would you say that this thread could be considered to be harassment?

Well I don't, and this thread is toxic from the start. Red thumbs are appropriate to this situation: if you don't want to play again with a player for whatever reason (including your opinion of their personality), use red thumbs.
