If the translation be restored to previous version, the comment will be restored too. But it should display the new one, because it's the reason to restore, compare to the repudiated old comment, the new one must be more convincing. If there's no new comment, restore old comment will be more proper.

I notice that I may input "twice" to make new comment display, and it supposed a bug.
